What are the documents to provide for a new application?

Application for a Credit Facility Agreement

1. Your National Identity Card (NIC)
2. Your proof of address of less than 3 months (CEB/CWA/My-t bill)
3. Your salary slip of less than 3 months

Note: Self-employed applicants are required to submit in addition to the above  their trade license and their bank statement of the past 6 months.

Application for a Cim MoCredit loan application:

1. Your National Identity Card (NIC)
2. Your proof of address of less than 3 months (CEB/CWA/My-t bill)
3. Your salary slip of less than 3 months
4. The upper part of your bank statement of less than 3 months (as bank evidence)

Note: Self-employed applicants are required to submit in addition to the above  their trade license and their bank statement of the past 6 months.

Application for a Credit Card for personal use

To apply for a Cim Mastercard, Classic, Gold or Titanium card, you will need to provide the following documents:

1. Your National Identity Card (NIC)
2. Your proof of address of less than 3 months (CEB/CWA/My-t bill)
3. Your last salary slip

Application for a  Cim Business Mastercard

1. Certificate of incorporation
2. Board resolution
3. Annual reports
4. Valid permit/operation license
5. Bank statements for the last 6 months
6. Proof of address of less than 3 months (CEB/CWA/My-t bill) of Shareholders/UBO and authorized signatories
7. Copies of identity cards of directors
8. VAT Certificate
9. Business Registration Card
10. Last audited financial statements for the last 2 years
11. Written declaration of the UBO (if applicable)
12. List of shareholders and directors
13. Company profile by the Company Secretary
14. The registered address of the company

For a lease

1. National Identity Card (recto and verso)/Passport (Applicant & Spouse)
2. For resident foreigners: occupation & or work/residence permit
3. Proof of address of less than 3 months (CEB/CWA/My-t bill)
4. Birth certificate (applicant & spouse)
5. Marriage certificate
6. Divorce certificate (if applicable)
7. Death certificate (if applicable)
8. Driving license
9. Last 3 months' salary slips
10. Last 6 months' bank statements
11. Written declaration of liabilities held abroad for foreigners working/residing in Mauritius (for foreigners only)
12. Quotation
13. Source of fund for deposit
