Where can I download the MoFinans application?
You can download the MoFinans application on:

- App Store
- Huawei AppGallery
You can choose either English or French for the application language.

How to use the MoFinans application?
How to register on MoFinans?
You should follow the below steps;
- Click on register
- Scan or manually enter the NIC card
- As you receive, an One Time Password (OTP), you should insert it in the required cases.
- Set your 'mPin' which will be used at each login on Mo Finans. You can also choose the fingerprint option.
Note:
If you have forgotten your mPin, you should click on ‘forget mPIN’ on Mo Finans and you will receive an OTP by SMS.
You should follow the below steps to pay your agreement/s;
- Click on the 'Quick Pay' icon
- Select your agreement/s by clicking on the left side of the page
- Click on pay at the bottom of the page to proceed
- Choose your payment method
Note:
If you want to edit the amount that you wish to pay, you may click on the yellow pencil appearing on the screen. However, you will not be able to settle your agreement with the current version of the app.
Payment Options
Payment options available on MoFinans:
MoFinans app now allows you to link your bank account and make instant payments.
- Choose your bank from the list and connect your bank account securely to MoFinans application using the secure code sent by your bank.
- Once your bank account is linked, you can proceed with your payment via MauCas®.
- The amount entered will immediately be debited from your bank account and you can consult the updated amount of your Cim Finance agreement in real time.
- You will receive a payment notification almost instantly. No need to resort to other applications to pay your account online.
Mastercard or Visa cards:
- Enter the required bank details
- Enter your user ID provided by your bank
Internet Banking and mobile banking app:
- Select your bank on MoFinans app and go to the internet bank or mobile app
- Enter the MP reference provided in the remarks section
- Enter the exact amount as per the final payment information screen
- Proceed to transfer
Note:
You will receive a payment receipt at the end of a successful transaction. The payment receipt can then be downloaded and saved to your gallery.
To retrieve your payment receipts, follow the steps below:
- Go to the ‘’Completed’’ tab
- Click on ‘’Transaction receipt’’.
- Download or share the transaction receipt by e-mail.
You will have an overview of all payments initiated and completed in the Payment History section.
It can be accessed on the dashboard and in individual card details of any products.
"In progress" status means that all payments that have been initiated from the application.
"Completed" indicates all the payments that Cim has received and which have been successfully allocated to the customer’s account.
Other information about the MoFinans app
Profile section
In the profile section on your MoFinans app, you may:
- Update your email address
- Change your mPIN
- View and change language settings
- View and change security settings
Loan Stimulator
You can use our loan simulator on the App to know your possible loan instalment, as follows:
- Click on Loan Stimulator on quick links
- Select product
- Select the repayment term and view the details
Card E-Statement
You can access and register for online cards E-statements by following the below steps:
- Click on credit card
- Select Card Statements
- Click on Register for E-statements
- Select ‘I confirm’ and enter your email ID
