How can I apply for a leasing facility?

You can apply for our Leasing facilities at CIM Leasing on the 1^st Floor of the Mutual Aid Garden Building, Port Louis with the required documents.

When will I receive feedback?

You will receive a response within 48 hours following the submission of your application.

Note:

Any leasing contract must be covered by comprehensive insurance. The choice of the insurer remains at the client's sole discretion

Payment methods

You can pay either via standing order or direct debit.

If you want to change your mode of payment, you will be requested to visit one of our counters or branches to make an application 

Early settlement

If you wish to settle your lease agreement before the maturity date;

• The cancellation of the standing order instructions has to be duly effected. 
• We invite you to contact us on 203 6800 to confirm your settlement balance.

Note:

Upon clearance of payment, we will provide you with the settlement papers for the transfer of ownership.

What are the fees applicable?

• The administration fee is 1% of the financed amount + VAT
• The registration fee is Rs 1,400 to Rs51,400 (as per the Registrar)
• The inspection fee on a second-hand vehicle is Rs 1000 +VAT
• The valuation fee is Rs 1,150 + VAT
• The interest rate can be fixed or floating
