How can I settle my accounts?
You can settle your accounts through the options listed below:
Counter
- Pay your monthly instalments regularly until the last payment date.
- Your payment receipt will indicate that the agreement has been settled.
Internet banking
- Call our contact centre on 203 6800 to receive the exact amount to pay for your last payment.
- Send us the screenshot of the payment at contact@cim.mu along with your NIC.

Use the option ‘Submit a request' at the top of your page.
- Write a short description of your request.
- Attach the required documents and click on submit
Cheque from bank
• If you want your bank to settle your accounts, you will be requested to send the cheque with the amount as per our outstanding balance letter (here) to our contact centre team.
Note:
In case of early settlement i.e. settling accounts before the last payment date as per your contract, a rebate will be applicable.
